At Sea Turtle, Inc., we want you to love your coastal-inspired fashion; if you are not completely satisfied, we offer returns on unworn items within 30 days of delivery. All returned products must have original tags attached and be free of any signs of wear to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging and include the packing slip provided in the portal.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label sent to your email and affix it to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking number until your refund is processed.
